Migrants and refugees often encounter a variety of barriers when it comes to establishing a business in Europe. This is why the European Migrant Entrepreneurship Network – EMEN project wants to place the spotlight on migrant-led organisations that support migrant and refugee entrepreneurs in setting up and developing their business in Europe through the Migrants 4 Migrants (M4M) programme.
Migrant-led organisations are also working hard to help their fellow migrants and refugees. The efforts and the success they have achieved thus far must, therefore, be celebrated and recognized. The M4M programme is envisioned to be the platform that expands the reach of these initiatives to more migrants and refugees as well as to policymakers who may not be aware of their efforts. By joining the M4M programme, migrant-led organisations get the opportunity to be on the list of programmes of the EMEN project’s final publication which will be presented to the European Commission Agency EASME. Visibility will also be given through EMEN’s social media channels and the three best initiatives will be published on the project’s website. Furthermore, they will be presented during the online conference “Growing Europe. Boosting migrant entrepreneurship networks” in September 2020.
Migrant-led organisations are encouraged to grab this opportunity and complete an application by July 31, 2020, at the latest. Please click here for more information.
