Consortia for Projects WG: Horizon Europe co-creation session

EURADA is pleased to invite its members to the upcoming in-person meeting of the Consortia for Projects Working Group, scheduled to take place on 10 June 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00 CET, at the EURADA premises in Brussels.

This collaborative session aims to identify concrete project proposal(s) to be jointly developed and submitted by EURADA members only, under selected upcoming funding topics with deadlines in the coming months.

The session will focus on the discussion of several Horizon Europe calls that may be of interest to your organisation. It will be facilitated by Fundecyt Science and Technology Park of Extremadura (Spain), co-leading partner of this working group.

The objective of this co-creation session is to bring together EURADA members to exchange concrete experiences and collaboratively explore project opportunities, with particular attention to innovative approaches, including the growing role of AI in public administration and regional development, as well as the opportunities and challenges this entails.

As the session is designed to be highly interactive, remote participation will not be possible.

The session will be organised as follows:

  1. Prior to the session, by completing the form bellow, you will confirm your participation and position your organisation in relation to each proposed topic, ranking them according to your priorities and interests. You will also be invited to indicate your potential contributions and expected role in the topic(s). This information will help us select the most relevant topic(s) to address during the session.
  2. At the start of the session, participants will individually reflect in greater depth on the preferences and interests previously expressed.
  3. During the session, participants will work collaboratively using proposal-matching and project development canvas templates, addressing key aspects such as expected results, partner contributions, impact, target groups, and next steps.

Should you be interested in participating in the in-person meeting, please contact our colleague Nora Scantamburlo.
