North-East Regional Development Agency launches the Rubik Hub Start-ups accelerator

Recently our member, North-East Regional Development Agency, shared the Rubik Garage programme launched through their startups accelerator project Rubik Hub, which has become relevant to the entire national startup ecosystem, and now they are becoming relevant at an international level.

With other strategic and international partners as ROCA X, SeedBli, Global Kinetics and Start up Wise Guys, North-East Regional Development Agency, has embarked on a new project, the Rubik Hub Start-ups Accelerator, to support and accelerate startups with disruptive or highly innovative ideas/business models to get their first investment or their first customer. They are looking for innovative early-stage tech start-ups with a prototype or MVP stage start-ups with an experienced team, based in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) and Southeast Europe (SEE).

The Rubik Hub community has over 150 experienced founders & mentors from over 40 growth start-ups & scaleups, including 4 unicorns: UiPath, Branch, Front, Deel. They provide the infrastructure to support the exceptional founders who’ve gone on to raise over €4 million in follow-on funding from leading global investors. The project offers a three-phase programme where participants collaborate closely with the experts to tailor the workshops based on the needs and level of development. After that, they get the chance to pitch the startup in front of a community of over 100 investors, VCs, partners, and mentors. During the final phase, Rubik Hub supports them becoming their investment department, doing investment readiness workshops, match-making and exclusive sessions of private pitching and facilitating the participation on investments rounds.

We are pleased to share another achievement from our membership board, North-East Regional Development Agency. Their new initiative plays a key role for SMEs growth, through training, networking and mentoring programmes startups get the support to turn and guide their innovative ideas into competitive businesses. Having access to programme of these characteristics is the key that many entrepreneurs need to obtain financing and continue to grow.
