EURADA – The European Association of Development Agencies – gathers professionals working on economic development across Europe. The association facilitates the cooperation among regional economic development practitioners. EURADA is currently involved in the secretariat of the European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP). One of the activities is to manage the ClusterXchange Support Office. ClusterXchange is a scheme to support short-term exchanges among cluster managers and their members, to better connect Europe's industrial ecosystems.

In addition, they will coordinate with the project team in order to organize trainings and webinars aimed at equipping users of the platform with the skills and knowledge to better maximize the tool.

Key responsibilities:

  • Compile and update the guides, manuals, and FAQs documents to be published on the website;

  • Provide assistance and training on the use of the IT Tool;

  • Previous demonstrable experience working on tenders for the European Commission or European projects (COSME, H2020) is a plus;
  • Experience of communicating complex information to diverse audiences;
  • Confidence and skills in developing content for presentations to external stakeholders.

Personal attributes:

  • Work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to provide meaningful content to answer queries;
  • Positive attitude and willing to review details;
  • Self-motivated worker able to work independently;
  • A service-oriented profile, able to provide meaningful support and guidance;
