SAVE THE DATE for the third and final CLIMAAX Webstival

Held under the motto "Together Towards Resilience: Communities at the Forefront", the third edition of the Webstival will bring together key actors from across the project and beyond to showcase success stories from the regions benefiting from the Financial Support for Third Parties mechanism (FSTP Regions), discuss lessons-learned and spark fresh connections. Throughout both days, the Webstival aims to highlight the policy-oriented and the technical-oriented outcomes of the CLIMAAX project, featuring real stories from the FSTP regions and from fellow sister projects working on climate resilience, mitigation and adaptation. 

Highlights from both days include: 

18 November: With a focus on the policy-oriented aspects of the CLIMAAX project, the first day of the Webstival will feature key-note speeches from Representatives from the European Commission, who will share valuable policy updates and recommendations. Likewise, the first day will also provide a platform for project's FSTP regions and the sister projects to share their success stories and best practices respectively. 

19 November: The second day will focus on the technical oriented aspects of the CLIMAAX project. Representatives from the EU Mission Adaptation Community and from the technical partners of the project’s Consortium will share their valuable inputs on crucial parts of the implementation of the project. Technical partners will also present the CLIMAAX toolbox, and a panel discussion with the five project pilots will take place, in order to demonstrate their hands-on experience in the real-world conditions. Moreover, the second day will highlight the impactful collaboration between the project’s stakeholders with a session promoting the CLIMAAX Community of Practice.
