Participants can identify opportunities to improve and develop their own strategies to maximise their performance. An up-to-date learning programme, supported by methods of experience-sharing and topic discussion, able to convince stakeholders of the success of interregional and international cooperation programmes and to position oneself among the top European regions. Together we will discover the unique "selling" proposition that sets a territory apart from other regions in Europe. Industry, products, services, culture, nature, quality, and a holistic way of living that can turn regional profit.

We will observe how systems can be created to make regions and companies increasingly cosmopolitan, attractive and competitive, relying on well-qualified people from diverse backgrounds to achieve their goals.

Sessions will be run by international speakers such as Andreea Leru (ADR NORD-EST), David Jepson (ACH), Alfredo Coppola (Prospera Woman), Raluca Cibu-buzac (Luminspino) and EC officers Magda Cymerys (DG RTD - Policy Officer, Innovation Policy And Access To Finance), Eric Amaral Garcia (DG REGIO, Programme Assistant, Smart And Sustainable Growth), EUIPO experts Alberto Casado and Alessandro Corrado and the Joint Research Center delegate Cristian Matti, among many others.
