Merlin Entertainments Group and SORESIC sign a "Head of Terms" to confirm they will continue their collaboration in the opening of a LEGOLAND® Resort on the former Caterpillar industrial site in Charleroi, Brussels.
The agreement is an essential step for the development of the impressive project of Charleroi Metropole. At the same time, it is a big opportunity for the partners to work with such an ambitious company. With three LEGOLAND® Resorts in Europe, the Merlin Entertainments Group has been looking to expand its presence in Europe. There is no better way to do it than in Brussels, the Belgian and European capital. There are studies that have shown the potential of this location in the former Caterpillar industrial site.
